The parent company of simple cocoon is a prominent remote controller company in Taiwan with over 20 years of experience in OEM/ODM services. They have manufactured numerous universal remote control products and possess the most comprehensive global database of remote control codes. The company has also developed its own smart home remote controller and app. However, due to its user-unfriendly interface and processes, it required a lot of customer service to assist users through the setup and usage functions. The project aims to prioritize the user flow and redesign the interface for a more user-friendly experience.
simple cocoon 的母公司為台灣遙控器的領導廠商，擁有 20 幾年遙控器設計代工的經驗，生產過許多萬用遙控器產品，累積了全球最齊全的家電遙控器代碼。過去廠商曾自主開發雲端家電遙控產品及 App，由於使用介面及流程不友善，得透過許多客服人力協助使用者完成設定及操作。此次的專案重點放在優化操作流程及使用引導。

配合實體產品將燈號反饋的方式及配對按鈕位置的重新設計，改善產品與網路環境配對的流程。
透過引導文字讓使用者新增第一個遙控家電。
透過顏色變化及文字說明，改善自定義功能鍵的流程。
製作線上 PDF 使用說明書，在品牌官網上提供下載。
也製作使用影片說明，放在品牌 YouTube 頻道上，有中日兩種語言的版本。
